This week kicks off with some monthly housing data. How much mortgage moratoriums are helping the housing sector may be seen in Monday's report on Existing Home Sales for February.

New Home Sales will come out on Wednesday. Also released on Wednesday, Durable Goods Orders, an important indicator of economic activity. Jobless Claims and the final figures for 4th quarter GDP will be revealed on Thursday.

Friday's schedule has two reports due, Personal Income and Consumer Sentiment. Also a factor this week are large Treasury auctions; 2yr notes on Tuesday, 5yr notes on Wednesday and 7yr notes on Thursday totaling $98 billion.
